"All about the game" - Brandon
Brandon is all about sports and athletics! He was a semi-pro basketball player in Colorado! He is a well rounded player that still trains to this day and passes on his love of basketball. Brandon is also the lead trainer at all Shred512 Fitness Basketball athletic Training Programs! Their is no one better than Brandon to teach the youth skills. Additionally, he holds certification in Personal training and Group Fitness.
"Life IS movement!" - Sunny
Sunny has been a lifelong athlete, participating in everything from gymnastics and rock climbing to roller derby. She has been teaching yoga and fitness bootcamp for 10 years. She holds Personal Training, Group Fitness, Corrective Exercise Certifications. She focuses on strength, mobility and flexibility so that each participants gets a well-rounded workout.
"Consistency is key" - Oscar
Oscar is our newest trainer at Shred512, bringing a mass amount of diverse knowledge with him! Oscar combined his passion for mind & body by obtaining 2 bachelors, one in Fitness and the other in Psychology, from Texas State University. Oscar has been a lifelong athlete with his main background in martial arts, wrestling & Olympic weightlifting. His goal is to give everyone full control of their body while strengthening their mental fortitude. Some of his other passions are scuba diving, skateboarding, playing guitar & hiking!
Laura has devoted her life to education in numerous areas! She has obtained 3 Bachelor's, and 2 Master's degrees from the University of Wisconsin and Chicago State University. (perhaps a PhD is in her future?!, hmm!)
Also, gaining ACE athletic certifications to support her passion for all things fitness! (phew, that's a lot!). Laura has amassed 11 years of fitness driven experience in all areas of gym management, coaching and training.
Blaine is an extroverted fitness lover! His favorite days? - UPPER BODY, of course!
Blaine has a love of all things water - just ask him about his scuba diving adventures!
